Noticed an unpleasant vibration at specific speeds, It seems to be the driveshaft cau - Josephtauch - 06-18-2024 Hi all! I've encountered a really annoying issue – there's a noticeable vibration at speed, and I discovered that it's due to the driveshaft. It gets really bad at speeds like 80-90 km/h. Forum discussions suggest it's probably due to imbalance. What should I do? Remove the driveshaft and take it to a balancing machine. This seems like the most reliable and precise method, but it's a lot of hassle – removing, transporting, waiting, and reinstalling it. Doing the balancing on the car itself. Some folks manage this with special equipment without removing the driveshaft. Has anyone used this method for balancing the driveshaft ? Let me know how it worked for you. I appreciate any advice in advance! |
