Helix RH worm Gear scan help reuqested. - SwissPR - 09-13-2013
Good afternoon,
Can you instruct me on how to setup probes and any other info I may be missing using the info below and default values given for them to auto scan using the gear package software? I did not see the "displ sensors" option to "create all sensors". Thanks for the help in advance.
RH Helix Worm Gear
The Nominal's are: (NOT METRIC)
N=20 teeth
Pn=12 DP
Fn= 14.5 degree
Y=9.47 helix degree
X=.083 addendum
Do=1.890 OD
H=.1798 tooth depth
F=.2505 to the center line for pitch measurement
On Lead tab:
1.667 Ref. Dia (pitch)
